Veggie Intentions?

I'm back in town after a quick trip to Macon for a visit with the fam. I got home just in time to pick up my CSA veggie share yesterday, and this morning I'm full of good veggie intentions! I'm in an Indian sort of mood, and I've found a few recipes that'll work nicely with the contents of this week's veggie delivery.

But will I actually cook anything? I don't know. It already looks really hot outside...

Be gone, thoughts of heat, sweat and Peking delivery service! I can do this! I have a grocery list. I have the recipes. I have the major ingredients. Now I just have to follow through. Stay tuned....
